We get it: Some days you don’t want to eat out and want to make your own food at home. But it can be a little difficult to come up with inspiration, or find a tried-and-true recipe that leans towards the healthy side. Well, no worries: today, we’ve got several of our own recipes we’ve perfected and are here to share with you. Most of these are great if you’re on a low-carb or keto diet, but we can recommend them to almost anyone! Keto pizza rolls
Preheat oven to 365 degrees.
In a glass bowl melt 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp. cream cheese on high. Stop every 30 seconds and make sure the cheese isn’t burning.
After cheese has melted stir in 1 beaten egg, 3/4 c. almond flour and 1 Tbsp. Stevia. Mix well and pat out onto a piece of parchment paper about 8 in. round.
Spread 1/4 cup 4 Brothers Pizza Sauce on top. Add Fresh Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Pepperoni, Diced Uncured Bacon Bits and Sprinkle 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese over toppings.
Bake for 10 minutes. Pull out of oven and let sit for about 5 minutes. Cut into 8 slices and roll up like crescent rolls, from wide side to pointy side. Then enjoy!
Strawberry lemonade low-carb cupcakes
- 1-1/4 c. almond flour
- 1/2 c. Stevia
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 4 eggs
- 3.5 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 tbsp. softened butter
- 1 tsp. of vanilla
Using your mixer, cream together butter and stevia until well incorporated and fluffy. Next, add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time making sure to mix well after each addition. Sift together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and the gently fold into wet ingredients.
In a well-greased cake or loaf pan bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top. Yields 12 yummy cupcakes!

- 1 cup almond flour, sifted
- 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp.s olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 Keto Kreme packet
In large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
Add water, cream, olive oil and eggs. Mix well but do not overmix.
Pour into waffle maker to cook. Yields 2 full round waffles!
per 1/4 waffle: 241 calories, 23 g fat, 4.2 g carbs, 1.5 g fiber, 2.7 g net carbs, 6.0 g protein
You can also make a tasty low-carb strawberry syrup to serve alongside these waffles!
- 8 oz. strawberries cleaned and diced up
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. Stevia
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 packet Keto Kreme
- pinch xanthan gum
Over low-medium heat, cook strawberries, water, stevia and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Cook until strawberries become soft. Sprinkle xanthan gum in to thicken sauce. Serve warm.

White chocolate keto fat bombs
- 1/4 cup finely ground almond flour
- 1 packet pruvit – Keto/os Kreme
- 5 oz. Ghiradelli white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. grass-fed butter
- 11 oz. natural chunky peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. stevia
In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler melt 4 oz. white chocolate chips with 2 Tbsp. butter. If melting in the microwave, melt for 30 seconds, then stir and melt for another 30 seconds and stir. If it still isn’t melted, melt for another 30 seconds and then add 1 more oz. of chocolate chips and stir until all chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Dollop a small spoonful of melted chocolate into 36 mini muffin. Be sure to spread out to cover the bottom completely. Place muffin tin in freezer while you prepare the peanut butter mixture.
In another mixing bowl, combine, peanut butter, almond flour, Keto Kreme (www.germer.pruvitnow.com) and stevia. Combine thoroughly. Take chocolate out of freezer. Place a dollop of peanut butter mixture on top of white chocolate. Using a straight edge spatula or the back side of a butter knife, spread peanut butter evenly over muffin tin.
Place in the freezer while you clean up! or for approximately 15 minutes. We freeze ours overnight. Pop out and enjoy!

- 1.5 lbs. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup 4 Brothers Marinara Sauce
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
Combine all of the spices in a mixing bowl and mix well. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add ground beef, Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs in spice mixture and mix well. Form into 13 – 2-3″ meatballs. Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for approximately 25 minutes. At 15 minutes, turn meatballs over. Bake an additional 10 minutes and then take out of the oven.
Place the cooked meatballs in an oven safe dish. Spoon 1 Tbsp. marinara sauce over each meatball. Cover with approximately ¼ oz. of mozzarella cheese each. Place back in oven and broil for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and internal temperature of the meatball is at least 155 degrees.
